Start with the stage that controls the process result or creates the main constraint. For some lines that is powder wet-out; for others it is wet grinding, final blending or transfer. Map the full route before isolating one machine.
Yes. A connected brief can define the feed condition, handoff between stages, transfer method, controls boundary, cleaning sequence and final batch objective.
“Sand mill” remains a common industry and search synonym for related wet-grinding equipment. The selection decision should focus on the actual grinding duty, feed, target, pass strategy, media and separation approach.
No. “Reactor” is a scope-dependent term for a vessel where a controlled reaction occurs. A mixing or holding vessel should not be described as a reactor without the process conditions and required design basis that make the term accurate.
